1. SteelHead Design, Inc. (the “Company”) warrants this Product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of Six (6) years from the date of purchase of the original buyer. Included in this warranty is the repair or replacement (at the Company’s sole option) of any defects in product material or workmanship, and the associated expenses including replacement parts, shipping expenses of replacement or repaired parts (surface delivery from the Company to the original buyer only), and labor expenses in replacing or repairing the Product.

2. This Limited Warranty is provided to the original buyer who has purchased the Product directly from the Company or authorized distributors or retailers only and not from any other parties. This Limited Warranty does not extend to any subsequent purchaser/owner of the Product.

3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Company’s obligation to repair or replace defective parts in accordance with the terms set forth herein shall be buyer's sole and exclusive remedy. The Company shall not be liable for any damage for loss of the Product or consequential damages of any kind. The Company neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liabilities beyond the conditions set forth in this Warranty, in connection with the Product or accessories. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

4. The Company reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its products or accessories associated with the repair or replacement work. Excluded from this warranty are items normally consumed or which require replacement due to normal wear, or loss or damage to buyer's other property or equipment.

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY: THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, NOR SHALL THIS WARRANTY INCLUDE OR APPLY TO, ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE FOLLOWING: (a) Use of the Product in a manner other than as specified in the product manuals of the Company; Use of the Product beyond its rated capacity or specifications; (b) Modification, alteration or repair not performed by the Company or its authorized subcontractors or third parties approved by the Company to the Product; (c) Force majeure, including, but not limited to, riots, wars, acts of enemies, floods, fires, earthquakes, tornado, vandalism or other acts of nature, including windstorms, lightning and hail damage or any other insurable loss under standard fire and extended coverage plans; (d) Abuse, misuse, negligent handling, improper or inadequate maintenance, tampering, or accident;
(e) Accessories, alterations, attachments or other devices not furnished by the Company; or (f) Failure of buyer to follow operating procedures or the instructions of the Company, or to provide a suitable operating environment.

6. VERIFICATION. To assert this limited Warranty, buyer shall contact the Company at the address or telephone number provided below within the applicable Warranty period together with a description on the nature of the claimed defects, proof of original ownership, model number and date of purchase of the Product. The Company may inspect all parts for the claimed defects in material and workmanship. No defective Product shall be returned to the Company unless authorized by the Company and provided with a returned Material Authorization Number ("RMA"). The Product shall be returned freight prepaid.
